E-MAPS provides the ability for implementation of search grids and creation
search patterns and GPS way points for support of field search and rescue personnel.
The software supports the following search types:

A menu allows the user to enter
specific information such as the number of searchers, contact information and other
pertinent information.
Once the information is entered, EMAPS
creates the appropriate search pattern and creates way points for upload to a GPS.
Reports can also be generated which provide more specific information for the search and
rescue team.
