Alternate Evacuation Routes (Escape Route Modeling)
E-MAPS provides the ability to rapidly create alternate evacuation routes during an emergency event which impacts the availability of the existing evacuation routes.

In the following example, the area on the left represents the impact zone of a bio-hazard spill incident.  The impact zone affects a section of an Interstate and a portion of an existing state evacuation route.

The graphic on the right displays a new set of alternate evacuation routes automatically created by E-MAPS (shown with red arrows).   The new routes allow the evacuation of the area considering the unavailability of the road network inside the impact zone.
